There is no representation on behalf of respondents.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 09.05.2025 of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, in Revision Petition No.562 of 2025.

Petitioner filed the said revision challenging the order dated 20.09.2024 in F.A.No.489 of 2019 along with I.A.Nos.4382 to 4385 of 2025 to condone delay of 99 days, beyond 90 days granted for filing revision petition before the National Commission contending that after the disposal of the appeal by the State Commission, petitioner obtained record from the counsel appeared its behalf in the State Commission gave those documents to counsel in New Delhi and the process of transition of entire records from Hyderabad to New Delhi and for appointing the counsel in New Delhi. Thus, there is delay of 99 days. The same is neither willful nor wanton. It is specifically mentioned in paragraph Nos.5 to 7 of affidavit filed before the National Commission in 4. Without considering the said aspects, vide Order dated 09.05.2025, the National Commission dismissed the said application on the ground that petitioner did not mention any sufficient cause seeking condonation of 99 days delay. The said finding of the National Commission is contrary to the contentions raised by the petitioner in Paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the affidavit before the State Commission.

In the light of the said discussion, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the impugned order dated 09.05.2025 of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, in Revision Petition No.562 of 2025. In view of the same, I.A.Nos.4382 to 4385 of 2025 are allowed. The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, is directed to dispose of the Revision Petition No.562 of 2025 of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
