ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the confirmation Order in UCR No.G1/MCM/12/2014-15, dated 03.01.2015, of respondent No.2, without considering the explanation dated 01.12.2014, submitted by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Sri Polisetty Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the house bearing No.1-10-295/1 in Sy.No.1333/1 of Metpally Municipality, admeasuring 808.33 Sq.yrds, originally belonged to grandfather of petitioner; that the petitioner has become owner of the subject property by virtue of registered gift settlement deed bearing document No.843 of 2013, dated 30.03.2013, executed by his father. As the house was constructed long back by his grandfather and the same was in dilapidated condition, petitioner intended to construct a new building by removing existing old building and as such, he made an application to respondent No.2 for construction of residential building with stilt + G+3 upper floors and permission was sanctioned by respondent
