This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not issuing permission to the Petitioner to discharge the lawful religious duties of Petitioner as Sajjadah of Khanqah-e-Nooria i.e., on 03.10.2025 corresponding to 10^th Rabi-Ul-Saani 1448 Hijri after Namaz-e-Maghrib prayer 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM Burdah Shareef scheduled to be conducted and from 09:00 PM to 02:00 AM Jalsa Faizaan-e-Ghouse Aazam, Dargah Shareef Noori Shah, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, Next day on 04.10.2025 corresponding to 11^th Rabi-Us-Saani 1448 Hijri, morning after Namaz-e- Fajr, Ziyarat-e-Aassaar-e-Mubarak at Masjid-e-Noori Khanqaahe Nooriya, Noori Maskan, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad and on 07.10.2025 corresponding to 14^th Rabi-US-Saani 1448 Hijri, after Namaz-e-Maghrib from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM Burdah Shareef, from 09:00 PM to 02:00 AM Jalsa Faizan-e- Noori at Dargah Shareef Noori Shah, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad Next day on 08.10.2025 corresponding to 15^th Rabi Us-Saani 1448 Hijri morning after Namaz-
