ORAL ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.7 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.8 of 2025 of Cyberabad Narcotics Police Station, TG Anti-

Narcotics Bureau (TGANB).

2. Heard Sri Abhishek N, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, it is seen from the record that the petitioner has directly approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

4. At this stage, it is pertinent to note the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, in the case of Mohammed Rasal. C and Another v. State of Kerala and Another, Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.6588/2025 dated 08.09.2025, has clearly
