ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

“to declare the in action of the Respondents No.2 to 5 to register an FIR against Respondents Nos.6 to 15 for the offences committed by them i.e., cheating, forgery and fabrication of documents under Sections 318, 335 and 336 of BNS without considering my complaints/representations as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India besides violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to 5 to register a FIR.”

3. Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that petitioner No.2 claims that his father i.e., Sri.Jagan Mohan, had purchased land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1-31, Gts, in Sy.No.767/8/5, situated at Vinjamuru Village, Chintapally Mandalam, Nalgonda District, through registered sale deed be
