Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
2. Petitioners are eighteen (18) in number. They are in possession of their respective plots i.e., 80 Sq.yds in Sy.No.120/42, situated at Dommara Pochampally Village, Dundigal Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajigiri District. They have also filed certificates of transfer/mutation and assignment patta for land under possession as per terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 31.12.2014. According to leaned counsel, the petitioners have constructed small houses/rooms in the said plots and they are in possession of the same. Even though respondent No.3 is trying to dispossess the petitioners from the said property without following due procedure laid down under law and attempted to demolish the said structures. Challenging the said action of the respondent No.3, petitioners filed the present Writ Petition.
