This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- “…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents. No. 2 and 3 in trying to dispossession the petitioner from the house bearing H No. 7-1-238/2, admeasuring 157 sq. yards in Sy. No. 283 situated at Bandarigudem, Manuguru Municipality, Khammam District with pressure of the unofficial respondents without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess or interference with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners house in the interest of justice and to pass such other order or orders as this.
