It is submitted that the Government had already purchased the lands in Kandukur Mandal, but now the Government is decided to acquire more land without following proper procedure as contemplated under law. The main grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner has been cultivating in the subject land for past several years and other than the subject land petitioner is not having any other land and that respondent authorities without providing alternate livelihood to the petitioner, are trying to acquire the petitioner’s land. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.
