2. The petitioner – assessee has assailed the order dated 23.08.2025 passed on the stay application by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemption), Hyderabad [for short, ‘the CIT (Exemption)’], in respect of the outstanding amount of Rs.53,74,67,120/-
relatable to the assessment year 2023-24. 3. The impugned order reads as under:
