This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering his representation dated 18.06.2025 for revocation of NALA order vide proceedings No.2500029272 dated 18.01.2025 passed by respondent No.3 - Tahsildar & Joint Sub-Registrar, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, whereby the land admeasuring Ac.0-0175 guntas in Survey No.177/EE/2, Ac.0-1450 guntas in Survey No.179/A/2 and Ac.0-0375 in Survey No.230/AA/2, total land admeasuring Acs.0-2000 guntas, situated at Anantharam Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, were converted from agricultural lands to non-agricultural lands, as arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.0-0175 guntas in Survey No.177/EE/2, Ac.0-1450 guntas in Survey No.179/A/2 and Ac.0-0375 in Survey No.230/AA/2, total land admeasuring Acs.0-2000 guntas, situated at Anantharam Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed.
