This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering his representation dated 18.06.2025 for revocation of NALA order vide proceedings No.2500029272 dated 18.01.2025 passed by respondent No.3 - Tahsildar & Joint Sub-Registrar, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, whereby the land admeasuring Ac.0-0175 guntas in Survey No.177/EE/2, Ac.0-1450 guntas in Survey No.179/A/2 and Ac.0-0375 in Survey No.230/AA/2, total land admeasuring Acs.0-2000 guntas, situated at Anantharam Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, were converted from agricultural lands to non-agricultural lands, as arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.0-0175 guntas in Survey No.177/EE/2, Ac.0-1450 guntas in Survey No.179/A/2 and Ac.0-0375 in Survey No.230/AA/2, total land admeasuring Acs.0-2000 guntas, situated at Anantharam Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed. The petitioner got the subject lands converted from agricultural lands to non-agricultural lands vide NALA order through proceedings No.2500029272 dated 18.01.2025 passed by respondent No.3. The petitioner intended to develop the subject lands into plots. However, there are no proper roads and boundaries to the subject lands, as such, the petitioner has decided to re-convert the lands from non-agricultural to agricultural lands. The petitioner submitted representation dated 18.06.2025 to respondent No.3, seeking revocation/cancellation of the NALA order and to restore the lands as agricultural lands, but so far action has not been taken on the said representation.
3. Heard Mr. Ramesh Kadari, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the material available on record.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the representation dated
18.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.06.2025, for revocation of NALA order in proceedings No.2500029272, dated 18.01.2025, passed by respondent No.3 and to restore the subject lands i.e., land admeasuring Ac.0-0175 guntas in Survey No.177/EE/2, Ac.0-1450 guntas in Survey No.179/A/2 and Ac.0-0375 in Survey No.230/AA/2, total land admeasuring Acs.0-2000 guntas, situated at Anantharam Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, as agricultural lands, by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other concerned/interested persons, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
