O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an order, direction, or writ, more particularly, one in the nature of ‘Writ of Mandamus’, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide police protection to maintain status quo with regards to possession till final disposal of the four suits O.S.Nos. 898 to 901 of 2001 on the file of the Hon’ble I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, since transferred to the Court of the Hon’ble Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kukatpally, renumbered as O.S. Nos. 588 to 591 of 2022 in respect of the land in Survey No. 1007 of Kukatpally Village and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana, as directed by the Hon’ble Apex Court vide orders dated 01.10.2018 and 19.08.2020 in the interest of justice and to pass necessary orders.”
