Heard Mr.Ravkinath K. learned counsel for the petitioner.
Perused the material available on record.
2. The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 27.03.2025, passed in I.A.No.564 of 2024 in I.A.No.1021 of 2023 in O.S.No.3905 of 2023 by the IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the impugned order’).
3. On 13.06.2025, this Court had issued notices to respondents and the notices issued to the respondents have come back with an endorsement “not claimed” by the respondents. Thus, with the endorsement “not claimed”, this Court presumed that the notices have been served upon the respondents.
4. The instant revision petition has been filed assailing the rejection of a petition filed under Section 151of the Code of Civil Procedure (for short ‘C.P.C’), seeking police protection in the course of implementation of the order, dated 18.03.2024, passed in I.A.No.1021 of 2023 in O.S.No.3905 of 2023.
5. The original suit filed by the petitioner/plaintiff is for grant of perpetual injunction so
