ORDER :

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 26.06.2025 in Interlocutory Application No.209 of 2025 in Interlocutory Application No.212 of 2024 in Original Suit No.1341 of 2024, passed by the IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad (for short, ‘the impugned order’)

2. Heard Mr.Ali Farooq, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. Vide the impugned order, the Trial Court allowed the above I.A. which was filed by the respondents under Order XXVI Rule 9 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 praying the Court to appoint an Advocate- Commissioner for noting down the physical features of the petition schedule property, i.e., H.No.13-2-554 as per the gift deed bearing Document No.2358/2007, dated

09.05.2007 and H.No.13-2-400/2/1 with the help of a civil engineer.
