ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in imposing additional condition to execute registered gift deed in favour of respondent No.2 within six (6) months from the date of release of revised building permission in File No.000453/GHMC/0208/CHR-I/2025- BP in Permit No.1167 /GHMC/CHR/2025-BP dated 13.06.2025, as being illegal and arbitrary, and consequently set aside the additional condition imposed by respondent No.3.

2. Heard Mr. Sourabh Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Raparthy Venkatesh, learned standing counsel for the GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, and perused the material on record.
