This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief/s:-

“... to issue a appropriate writ, order or orders, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARI calling the Records relating to the proceedings No. B/143/2020, dated 31-08-2020 and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act 1971 and set aside the same and to pass such order or other orders …”

2. Heard Mr.J.Venkateshwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.H.Rakesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Ms.Shivanandini, learned counsel appearing for M/s.Pearl Law Associates.

3. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.28 gts in Sy No.526/UU and Petitioner No.2 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.28 gts in Sy.No. 526/UU situated at Ravagiri Village, Bhongiri (M) Yadadr
