ORDER :
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of Respondent No.2 in passing the impugned orders in Appeal No.D/2483/2019, dated 03.12.2019, without hearing the petitioner, and the consequential proceedings No.D/295/2020, dated 13.02.2020, of the 4th respondent, pending disposal of Revision No.F2/3454/2019, as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of the principles of natural justice. The petitioner further seeks a direction to the respondents to enter her name in the revenue records and to issue a pattadar passbook and title deed in her favor.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing online, submits that the husband of the petitioner, namely Late Yadagiri, was the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.26½ guntas in Sy.No.806/A and Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.844/AA, totaling Acs.2.06½ guntas, situated at Mandanpalli Village, H/o.
Kolluru Revenue Village, Alair Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District (hereinafter referred to as the ‘subject property’), having purchased the same through a registered sale deed bearing Document No.463/1985, dated 06.05.1985.
