ORDER

Aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not implementing the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending Act, 2014, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to implement the provisions of the said Act and further direct the respondent Nos.4 to 7 not to harass the petitioners by imposing fine, eviction, confiscation of goods, etc., 2.
