ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents mainly the Respondent No. 2 to 4 neglecting the execution of the NBW against the 5th respondent Dated. 27-9-2016 in CRL.M.P.NO.871 of 2015 in MC.NO.238 of 2014 on the file of the Hon’ble JHCBB Court -cum- Addl Family Court Hyderabad at Red hills. is as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, violative of Art. 21, principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the respondents No. 2 to 4 to execute the NBW against the 5th respondent Dated. 27-9-2016in CRL.M.P.NO. 871 of 2015 in MC.NO.238 of 2014 on the file of the Hon’ble JHCBB Court -cum- Addl Family Court Hyderabad at Red hills. Forth with without any delay and to pass.….”
2. Heard Mr.G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this Writ petition does not survive for adjudication and seeks 4. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
