This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed under Section

447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner seeking to transfer the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.84 of 2021, on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Kalwakurthy, to the file on any learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar.
