ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. None appeared on behalf of learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7. Perused the entire material on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioners questioning the order passed by respondent No.2 in ROR Revision Petition No.22/2012 dated 03.01.2017 reversing the order passed by the respondent No.3 in ROR appeal vide Rc.No.A3/732/2011 dated 15.05.2012.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the father of petitioner No.1 namely Sri B. Yadadri, was the owner and possessor of the subject agricultural lands to the extent of Ac.1-20 guntas in Sy.No.209/AA, to the extent of Ac.2-08 guntas in Sy.No.209/AA/1, to the extent of Ac.2-08 guntas in Sy.No.209/AA/2, to the extent of Ac.1-08 guntas in Sy.No.209/E and to the extent of Ac.0-07 guntas in Sy.No.217/A, situated at Tirumalapuram Village of Chinthakani Mandal, Khammam District. During his life time, the said subject land was leased to Sri Gogula Veeraia
