ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 7. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

“to declare the action of respondent No.7 in not completing investigation and not taking action against accused persons and not filing Charge sheet in Crime No.776 of 2024 despite registering First Information Report on 12.12.2024 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the respondent no.2 and 3 to change the investigation officer in the crime no.776/2024 dt 12.12.2024 and file the charge sheet before the concern magistrate.”

3. Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that since last 10 years, petitioner is working as Director in Srinidhi Mutually aided Cooperative Society, Mettugadda Branch.
