ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with COR.No.52 of 2025 on the file of the PS Excise, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad.
2. The case of the prosecution revolves around illegal possession and selling of ganja by petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.2 in COR.No.52 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985.
3. Heard Sri Nand Kishore Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents – State.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offense and was falsely implicated in the case, without any other material connecting her to the offence. He contended that petitioner has no connection with the seizure of ganja. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition.
