ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.20 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.2 of 2025 on the file of the Cyberabad Narcotics Police Station.

2. The case of the prosecution revolves around illegal possession, selling and consumption of contraband narcotic substance drug – cocaine, OG Weed Ganja, Exstasy Pills by accused person, including the petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.20 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c)

r/w 20(b)(ii), 22(b), 27(a)(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. Heard Sri Y.Bharadwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent – State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offense and was falsely implicated in the case, without any other material connecting her to the offence. He contended that petitioner has no connection with the seizure of illegal narcotic substances.

Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition.
