ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the orders passed by the respondent No.2 dated 20.06.2017 directing the respondent No.3 to remove the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop dealership and upon which the respondent No.3 has issued orders dated 28.06.2017 straightaway removing the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop No.41, Dubbak Village and Mandal of Siddipet District, without issuing any notice to the petitioner and without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently to direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to continue the supply of the commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice.

Brief facts leading to the filing of the present writ petition are that the petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer in the year 1984 and has been running the said fair price shop without any complaint from any cardholder.
