THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in continuing the Sy.No.285 situated at Ragannaguda H/o.Turkayamjal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the list of prohibited properties as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to remove/delete the said survey number from the prohibited properties list.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for the respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 and his mother petitioner No.2 are owners and possessors of different extents of lands in Sy.No.285 situated at Ganesh Nagar, Phase-III, Ragannaguda H/o.Turkayamjal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District through registered sale deeds. When they have approached the Bank for housing loan for construction of the building, the authorities of the Banks are refusing to grant loan for the reason that Sy.No.285 is placed in the prohibited properties list maintained by the respondents. He submits that the petitioner No.1 has made representations dated 19.08.2025 to the
