This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering in a civil dispute pertaining to agricultural land bearing Sy.No. 61 admeasuring Ac.0-32 Gts., Sy. No. 62/AA, admeasuring Ac. 1-37 Gts., Sy. No. 65/AA admeasuring Ac. 1-02 Gts., Sy.No 71 admeasuring Ac. 0-02 Gts., and Sy.No. 72/AA admeasuring Ac. 1-17 Gts., total admeasuring Ac. 5-10 Gts., situated at Bairagiguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and thereby threatening with dire consequences of registering false cases, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the personal liberty contemplated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, violative or principles of natural justice, misusing of official powers and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders…”
