ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent No.6 in not investigating into Crime No. 352/2015 and same has been transfer to S.R.Nagar Police Station in Crime. No. 867/2015 though registered on 21-07-2015 as wholly illegal, arbitrary, and consequently directs the 6th respondent to proceed with the investigation into Crime No. 352/2015 and same has been transfer to S.R.Nagar Police Station in Crime.No. 867/2015 and to file the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.....”
