This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 7 in interfering with the construction of Compound Wall as being made by the petitioner across his land admeasuring Ac.26.00 guntas in Survey No.1007 of Kukatpally Village and Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District as arbitrary, high handed, capricious and opposed to Article 300A of Constitution of India and Section 432 of GHMC.Act,1955 with a consequential direction against the respondents not to cause any interference for the proposed construction of Compound Wall as undertaken by the petitioner under the deemed sanction of the provisions of GHMC Act,1955 and to pass..….”
2. Heard Mr.Palle Sriharinath, learned counsel representing Mr.M.Parma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
