Heard Sri S. Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and heard learned counsel for respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that respondent filed a false and vexatious criminal case against the revision petitioner and intending to encroach the land of the revision petitioner, therefore the revision petitioner filed an Injunction Suit vide Case No.A4/CPC/866/2023 before the learned Additional Agent to Government and Project Officer, ITDA Utnoor (Agency Court), because the said land is situated at agency area. It is further submitted that the revision petitioner obtained interim status quo order on 19.8.2023 in the said Injunction Suit. It is further submitted that respondent filed counter in injunction petition and written statement in main case. It is further submitted that the Agency Court i.e. Additional Agent to Govt.-cum-Project Officer, ITDA Utnoor, again passed ad-interim injunction order in favour of revision petitioner restraining the respondent their family members, agents, henchmen from entering and interfering over the suit land till 20.7.202
