COMMON ORDER

These Civil Revision Petitions are filed by the petitioner invoking the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the orders dated 20.03.2025 passed by the learned Agent to the Government, Bhadradri Kothagudem, in I.A.No.521 of 2024 and I.A.No.522 of 2024 in O.S.No.43 of 2021, whereunder the applications filed by the petitioner to receive and mark the documents on her behalf were dismissed.

2. Upon perusal of the record, it reveals that this Court on 13.06.2025, while ordering notice before admission, permitted learned counsel for the petitioner to take out personal notice to respondent and file proof of service. Pursuant to the said order dated 13.06.2025, learned counsel sent personal notice to the respondent, which was returned with the postal endorsement "no such person in the address" and he filed memo on 25.06.2025, vide USR No.60903 of 2025. Subsequently, on 11.07.2025, this Court permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner to take out personal notice to the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent in O.S.No.43 of 2023 on the file of t
