With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in not granting the petitioner the weightage of 20 marks for the service rendered by him in the Government Hospital, Karimnagar, in connection with the recruitment process for the post of Lab Technician (Grade-II), as notified under Notification No.03/2024 dated 11.09.2024, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Heard Sri A.Divakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Ventilator Technician at the General I.C.U., District Hospital, Karminagar, on outsourcing basis vide proceedings dated 27.12.2017 and he has been working in that capacity. Further, in response to Notification No.03/2024 dated 11.09.2024, issued by respondent No.2, the petitioner applied for the post of Lab Technician (Grade-II) and appeared for the written examination, bearing Hall Ticket No.241663T00064, in which he scored 50
