O R D E R :
With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in not granting the petitioner the weightage of 20 marks for the service rendered by him in the Government Hospital, Karimnagar, in connection with the recruitment process for the post of Lab Technician (Grade-II), as notified under Notification No.03/2024 dated 11.09.2024, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3. Heard Sri A.Divakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Ventilator Technician at the General I.C.U., District Hospital, Karminagar, on outsourcing basis vide proceedings dated 27.12.2017 and he has been working in that capacity. Further, in response to Notification No.03/2024 dated 11.09.2024, issued by respondent No.2, the petitioner applied for the post of Lab Technician (Grade-II) and appeared for the written examination, bearing Hall Ticket No.241663T00064, in which he scored 50 marks. However, the respondents have not granted weightage of 20 marks to the petitioner for the service rendered by him in the Government Hospital, Karimnagar. As such, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.2 by post on 28.08.2025 requesting the grant of 20 marks weightage and the same is pending consideration. Therefore, learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that applications were invited for filling the post of Lab Technician (Grade-II) vide Notification No.03/2024 dated 11.09.2024, whereas the petitioner is working as Ventilator Technician. However, respondent No.2 will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 28.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
