ORDER:

Heard Sri D.Rama Krishna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Home)

appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

“…to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioners dated 13-8-2020 and 11-09-2020 respectively and in not extending the pay fixation, refixation of pension, monetary benefits interms of the notional date of seniority fixed in the cadres of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Additional Superitnendent of Police, Superintendent of Police as per G.O.Ms.No. 166 Home (Ser.I) Department dated 29-10-2018, G.O.Ms.No. 197 Home (Ser.I) Department dated 12-12-2018 and G.O.Ms.No. 200 Home (Ser.I) Department dated 14/12/2018 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable, discriminatory and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to extend the pay fixation, refixation of pension, monetary benefits interms of the notional date
