ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.2 in unilateral cancellation of Gift Deed Document No.5413/2024 dated 21.08.2024 and 5381/2024 dated 20.08.2024 executed by the respondent No.3 as illegal and arbitrary and to set aside the same.

2. Heard Mr. Md. Abdul Mateen Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt S. Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration and Sri G.Sundareshan, learned counsel for the respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.3, who is the father of petitioner, has executed registered gift deeds in favour of the petitioner vide Document No.545/2022 dated 25.01.2022 and 907/2022 dated 31.01.2022 in respect of the property bearing Municipal No.11-2-483/1 (corresponding to its old House No.11-2-483 comprising of Ground and First Floor) admeasuring 30 sq. yards equivalent to 25.08 sq. meters situated at Habeeb Nagar, Hyderabad and the property bearing Municipal No.11-2-483/1 (corresponding to its old House No.11-2-483 comprising of Ground and First floor) admeasuring 76 sq. yards equivalent
