ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2. Petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Ac.0.25 guntas in Sy.No.85/H/1/2 and Ac.0.25 guntas in Sy.No.85/H/1/1/2, total land admeasuring Acs.1.10 guntas, situated at Thimmampet Village, Zaffergadh Mandal, Jangaon District. It is an ancestral property. In proof of the same, they have filed the copies of digital pattadar passbook, pahani, registered gift deed, etc. They have submitted applications dated 14.12.2022, 03.06.2025 and 08.07.2025 to respondent No.3 with a request to append digital signature on pattadar passbook and mutate their names in revenue record in respect of the subject property. Despite receiving and acknowledging the aforesaid applications, respondent No.3 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.3, petitioners filed the present writ petition.
