ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education.

2. According to the petitioner, her father’s name is Md.Baba. In her birth certificate dated 27.03.2013 issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Charminar, Circle No.4, South Zone, GHMC, it was mentioned as ‘Syed Shairifuddin’ inadvertently. Therefore, she has submitted a representation dated 06.01.2025 to the Registrar of Births and Deaths with a request to correct her father’s name in the birth certificate. The same was not considered. Therefore, she has filed a writ petition vide W.P.No.2371 of 2025. Vide order dated 29.01.2025, this Court allowed the said writ petition directing the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Circle No.4, South Zone, Charminar, Hyderabad, to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

3. It is the specific contention of the petitioner herein that in compliance with the said order, the Registrar of Births and Deaths, GHMC, Circle No.7, has issued Birth Certificate dated 13.03.2025 mentioning the name of her father as ‘Md.Baba’. Now, the petitioner is seeking correction of h
