COMMON ORDER

Writ Petition No.21273 of 2014 is filed seeking the following substantive relief:

“… to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus (a) to declare the Threat of demolition Notice in Proceeding No.UC/TPS/ W.No.9/C3/EZ/GHMC/2014 dated 15.07.2014 issued by the 2nd Respondent served to petitioner on 22.07.2014 as null and void against to A.P.Urban Areas Development Act, 1975, and A.P. Municipalities Act, 1965, and without jurisdiction as the alleged subject matter is covered under A.P.Telangana Area Irrigation Act, 1357, Fasili provides jurisdiction to District Collector to pass an order and not to the respondents herein and (b) to declare the consequential notice dated 15.07.2014 served to petitioner on 22.07.2014 for removal of structures in the same proceedings i.e., Proceeding No.UC/TPS/W.No.9/C3/EZ/GHMC/2014 dated 15.07.2014 issued by the 2nd Respondent served to petitioner on 22.07.2014 as null and void.”

2. Writ Petition No.21274 of 2014 is filed seeking the following substantive relief:

“… to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus (a) to declare the Threat of demolition Notice in Proceeding No.UC/TPS/ W.No.9/C3/EZ/GHMC/2014 dated 15.07.2014 issued by the 2nd Respondent served to petitioner on 22.07.2014 as null and void against to A.P.Urban Areas Development Act, 1975, and A.P. Municipalities Act, 1965, and without jurisdiction as the alleged subject matter is covered under A.P.Telangana Area Irrigation Act, 1357, Fasili provides jurisdiction to District Collector to pass an order and not to the respondents herein and (b) to declare the consequential notice dated 15.07.2014 served to petitioner on 22.07.2014 for removal of structures in the same proceedings, i.e., vide Proceedings No.UC/TPS/W.No.9/C3/EZ/GHMC/2014 dated 15.07.2014 issued by the 2nd Respondent served to petitioner on 22.07.2014 as null and void.”

3. Writ Petition No.21325 of 2014 is filed seeking the following substantive relief:

“… to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in issuing Common Notice No.UC/TPS/ W.No.9/C3/EZ/GHMC/2014 dated 15.07.2014 issued by the 2nd Respondent served to petitioners under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of GHMC Act, 1955, calling upon them to remove the constructions made by them in plots bearing Nos.21 & 22, 29/1, 4P, 24P, 24P, 25P, 26, 34, 25P, 24P, 18 & 19, 42, 41, 24P, 28, 29P, 40, 43Part, 12P & 13P, 13, 17/13 Part & 4P respectively situated at Hakeembabad Colony, Sahebnagar Khurd Village, Hayatnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, within seven days from the receipt of the common notice as arbitrary, illegal and violative of fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed to the petitioners under the Constitution of India, contrary to the provisions of the GHMC Act and violative of principles of natural justice and for issuance of a consequential direction to respondents to drop all further proceedings pursuant to the aforesaid common notice dated 15.07.2014.”

4. Writ Petition No.21368 of 2014 is filed seeking the following substantive relief:

“… to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus (a) to declare the Threat of demolition Notice in Proceeding No.UC/TPS/ W.No.9/C3/EZ/GHMC/2014 dated 15.07.2014 issued by the 2nd Respondent served to petitioner on 22.07.2014 as null and void against to A.P.Urban Areas Development Act, 1975, and A.P.
