ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner/A.1 seeking bail in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No.206 of 2025 of Allapur Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 108 r/w.3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. The facts of the case are that on 25.04.2025 the complainant-M.Naresh lodged a report stating that the deceased, Mokenapally Rajashekhar is his brother and native of Kasipet village, Adilabad District, had been married to the petitioner herein about 15 years back and had one son. Due to lack of employment, the deceased moved to Hyderabad with his family and resided in a rented house at Borabanda, where both spouses worked as housekeepers. The deceased came to know that his wife was involved in an illicit relationship with one Aijaz, which led to frequent quarrels. A complaint was lodged at in this regard before Allapur Police Station, and both parties were counseled and warned. Additionally, a Panchayath was held at Bejjala village, where elders
