Heard Sri Jacob Mudi, learned counsel for the revision petitioners and Sri L. Harish, learned counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the entire record.
2. Aggrieved by the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.121 of 2024 in Criminal Appeal No.218 of 2024 pending on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar (‘appellate Court’), the present criminal revision case is filed to set aside the same.
3. Revision Petitioner No.1 and her husband i.e., respondent No.2 have marital disputes which have culminated in filing of D.V.C.No.19 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rangareddy District at Rajendra Nagar (‘DVC Court’), M.C.No.277 of 2021 on the file of Additional Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar and F.C.O.P.No.756 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar. Revision Petitioners have sought for interim maintenance in Crl.M.P.No.759 of 2022 in D.V.C.No.19 of 2021 and the same was allowed vide order dated 14.11.2024 by awarding interim maint
