O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue an appropriate Writ , Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 2nd Respondent in investigating into Cr.No.123 of 2015 though the said case is registered on 2-9-2015, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 herein to complete the investigation and to file the charge sheet before tie concerned Magistrate, and to grant such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.….”

2. Heard Mr.Meesala Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of this writ petition, charge sheet was filed and calendar case vide C.C.No.123 of 2016 has been numbered on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and the same is pending for trial.

4. In view of this development, the cause raised in the petition
