This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…Issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents police particularly respondents 5 and 6 registering multiple FIRs vide FIR No. 203/2017 dt. 09.3.2017 and Crime No. 41/2017 as shown in Custody Report against the petitioner and her company under Sections 406, 420 of IPC in connection with the same subject matter relates to the same incident in respect of same occurrence in connection with first FIR no. 261/2016 dated 26.12.2016 registered by the 4th respondent on the same sections and hence it is nothing but registration of multiple FIRs against the petitioner by the respondents 5 and 6 police knowing fully well and aware of the first FIR it is nothing but in violation of law and procedure and contrary to various judicial pronouncements including reported in 2013 (6) SCC 348 purely abuse of process of law thereby violation of fundamental rights under Article 14, 20 and 21 of Constitution of India thereby the registration
