O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Police in registering the FIR No. 866/2016 offence U/s 420 IPC, 3 (1) (R) of SC and ST (POA) Act, 2015 dated 11-122016, P.S. Rachakonda, R.R. District as is arbitrary, illegal, unjust, in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently quash the proceedings therein vide FIR No. 866/2016 offence U/s 420 IPC, 3 (1) (R) of SC and ST (POA) Act, 2015 dated 11-12-2016, P.S. Rachakonda, R.R.

District in the interest of justice and pass..….”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, aggrieved by the registration of Crime No.875 of 2016, the present petition has been filed by the accused seeking quashment of the said proceedings.
