O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondent in interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and 5th respondent as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes and pass such other or further orders as the Hon’ble Court feels deem fit and proper if the facts and circumstances of the case and pass such other order..….”
2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
3. I have heard Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the contention of the petitioners that, they are being frequently summoned to the police station and that the respondent police are interfering in their civil disputes, is wholly unsubstantiated by any material.
