ORDER:

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in passing final orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2025, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. Heard Sri C. Raja Shekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing on behalf of the respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was working as Assistant Programme Officer in the office of respondent No.3, proceedings dated 11.02.2025 were issued, posting one Mrs. Pratapa Saritha, Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu), in an existing vacancy at M.P.P.S., Asaravelly, Nallabelli Mandal, Warangal District, on spouse grounds. However, the said individual did not join duty. Thereafter, one Mrs. V. Padma, Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu) was transferred and posted at M.P.P.S., Rudragudem, Nallabelli Mandal, on 23.01.2025.
