ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders dated 30.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No.1293 of 2025. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner in the morning session and afternoon session.
3. Heard Sri Pulimamidi Shashidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent – contemnor.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent – contemnor submits that the respondent has not violated the orders of this Court, dated 30.01.2025. Pursuant to the said order, the respondent respondent. However, instead of complying with the request and submitting the necessary documents, the petitioner proceeded to file the present Contempt Case. The learned counsel further submits that the respondent is ready and willing to comply with the directions of this Court, provided, the petitioner furnishes the documents sought vide letter, dated 03.04.2025.
