Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings appearing for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.2 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development appearing for the respondent No.3 and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in laying road from petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.2-02 guntas in Sy.No.30/A situated at Kothakonda Village, Bheemadevarapalli Mandal, Hanamakonda District, without acquiring the same under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
