ORDER
Heard Dr.J.Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Asst.Govt.Pleader for Assignment.
2. The petitioner herein has filed an application dated
22.07.2025 with 4th respondent with a request to furnish certified copy of the proceedings / order for change of nature of land from patta to Laoni patta in respect of the land in Sy.No.10 situated at Ameerpet Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said application, 4th respondent did not consider the said request made by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the said inaction of 4th respondent, petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. Whereas, learned Asst. Govt. Pleader for Assignment, on instructions, would submit that 4th respondent will consider the said representation dated 22.07.2005 submitted by the petitioner and dispose it off in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the same, it is relevant to note that Section
2(4) of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short, ‘the Act’) deals with certified copy which is extracted below:-
