ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. With their consent this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 5 in not releasing the compensation amount to the respondent Nos.6 to 11 petitioners for the land bearing Plot No.11 in Sy.No.43 admeasuring 267 square yards or 223.31 square meters situated at Ward No.9, Block No.10, Roshandowla village, Saroornagar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and Plot No.10 admeasuring 267 square yards or 223.23 square meters in Sy.No.43 situated at Ward No.9 Block No.10 Roshandowla village, Saroornagar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District respectively (hereinafter referred as ‘subject property’), which was acquired by the respondents for 150 Feet Road as illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and seeking a consequential direction to respondents to release the compensation amount to the petitioners for the subject property.
