ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking following prayer:-

“to issue an appropriate Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in failing to act on the representation given by the Petitioner dated 11.08.2025 regarding the illegal eviction of the Petitioner from the property bearing H.No.10-24-50 Deendar Anjuman, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad at the instance of Respondent No.8 with the aid and assistance of Respondent Nos.6 and 7 and their officers as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondent Nos.2 to 5 to take appropriate action on the said representation dated 11.08.2025 within a fixed time frame.”

The petitioner claims that her husband by name Mohammed Naseeruddin is the lawful possessor of H.No.10-2-450, admeasuring 200 square yards situated at Deendar Anjuman, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad (hereinafter referred as ‘the subject property’).
