ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to declare the inaction of the respondents in not taking steps for removal of encroachment on the road and park by removing illegal constructions made by the 4th respondent and adjacent neighbours inspite of oral and written complaint as arbitrary, illegal, malafide consequential directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 to remove the encroachments on the road and park in the filmnagar area and restore the road and park for use and pass...”

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they are unable to get the factual issue on the ground regarding the removal of encroachments and the matter is pending since long time.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has submitted that road encroachments have already been removed.

4. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. However, in the event of the petitioners or any affected party have any further grievance, they may approach the respondent authorities by filing a detailed representation along with necessary documents and the respondent authorities shall consider
