ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 01.06.2024 passed in I.A.No.133 of 2024 in F.C.O.P.No.1663 of 2022 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge cum Family Court, Medchal Malkajgiri District, at Malkajgiri.

2. Heard M/s. B. Rajeswari, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and Ms. N. Arthi, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The dispute arises out of matrimonial proceedings pending between the petitioner and the respondent. During the course of trial, the respondent got marked Exhibits P1 to P7, for which the petitioner herein has raised objections with regard to the authenticity and genuineness of Exhibits P3 to P7 by filing a memo dated 11.10.2023 and seeking to record such objections. However, without recording the petitioner’s objections, the trial court proceeded to mark Exhibits P3 to P7. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed I.A.No.133 of 2024 under Order XIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of CPC seeking to de-exhibit the said Exhibits P3 to P7.
